About 50% of currently working inspectors that take the test fail the entrance exam and therefore are not certified by NACHI. WiNACHI has a continuous education policy, have to complete NACHI's code of ethics obstacle course, take a standard of practice exam, have to sign and submit an affidavit, have to attend chapter meetings. WiNACHI members have to complete more Continuing Education hours than the minimum state requirment and more than any other state home inspectors organization.
