ABOUT WILL DECKER |

| Will Decker is President of Decker Home Services, LLC and a former President and past Vice-President of the Chicagoland Chapter of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. He has written two Illinois State Licensed Home Inspection continuing education courses (Structure for Home Inspectors and Basic Electrical Home Inspection Checklists) and is working on two more (Thermal Imaging and HVAC). He has taught High School, College and Professional Education level courses in Physics, Thermography, Nuclear Imaging, Radiation Safety, Database Design, Beginning Programming and Web Site Design and Optimization. He has worked for the University of Chicago, University of Illinois (Chicago Campus), Computer Programming Inc., The Gannon Group and Rand McNally & Company before forming his own Home Inspection company. He started learning about houses when he was 8 years old, when he spent his summer vacation working under a Master Electrician rewiring a 5,200 SF vintage house in Chicago's classic Beverly neighborhood. He has renovated over 50 houses and apartment buildings and has owned 15 multi-unit rental properties. He was the recipient of the Golden Pen Award at the 2006 NACHI National Convention for his CE courses and for authoring the NACHI Presentation "Top 10 Defects Found in a Home Inspection". He resides in Skokie, IL with his wife and 3 daughters.
